Refund and Cancellation Policy

Teach English Creatively — The Gobo Method

Last updated: 12 October 2026

At Teach English Creatively, we want every customer to feel confident when purchasing our digital educational resources.

This policy explains your cancellation and refund rights when purchasing products through our website.

1. Digital Products

Our products are supplied digitally and include:

  • Stage 1 Foundations Professional Teaching Licence.

  • Professional Interactive Board Collection.

  • Associated downloadable Welcome Guides, teaching resources and online access.

No physical goods are supplied, and there is no requirement to return products by post.

2. Your Right to Cancel

Where applicable under UK consumer law, customers purchasing online have a 14-day cancellation period.

For digital content supplied immediately, this right may be lost once supply begins, provided the customer has expressly agreed to immediate delivery, acknowledged the loss of their cancellation right and received the legally required confirmation.

If these conditions have not been met, applicable statutory cancellation rights remain in place.

3. Faulty or Inaccessible Digital Products

If a purchased product is faulty, not as described or cannot be accessed as promised, please contact us.

We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide assistance, restore access or offer another remedy.

Where required by applicable consumer law, customers may be entitled to a refund, price reduction or other statutory remedy.

Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights.

4. Requesting a Cancellation or Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, please email:

thegobomethod@gmail.com

Please include your name, order number, date of purchase and a brief explanation of your request.

We will review your request and respond as promptly as reasonably possible.

Where a refund is due, it will be processed within the applicable legal timeframe, normally using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
