2. Professional Teaching Licence
The Stage 1 Foundations Professional Teaching Licence is issued to one individual teacher.
The licence permits the purchaser to use the Stage 1 Foundations learning resources with students they personally teach, including during paid teaching sessions.
The licence:
Provides an initial 12 months of access to the hosted Stage 1 Foundations learning pathway.
May be renewed annually at no additional cost, upon request, for as long as the programme remains available.
Does not require an annual subscription or further licence payment.
Is personal to the purchasing teacher and cannot be transferred, resold or shared with other teachers.
Does not include future learning stages, including Stage 2 Development or Stage 3 Competency.
The licence does not authorise institution-wide use, redistribution of the teaching materials or resale of any resources.
3. Professional Interactive Board Collection
The Professional Interactive Board Collection includes eight editable Miro activity boards covering Stage 1 Foundations.
The purchaser may duplicate the boards into their own Miro account, customise activities and reuse their copies with students they personally teach.
The collection is licensed for one individual teacher's professional use.
Purchasers must not:
Resell or redistribute the original board templates.
Share the collection hub password or original template links with other teachers.
Sell modified versions of the boards.
Transfer the licence to another individual or organisation.
Once successfully duplicated into the purchaser's Miro account, the boards may be retained and used in accordance with this licence.
A separate Miro account is required. Miro's own terms, features and account restrictions also apply.
The Professional Interactive Board Collection does not include access to the Stage 1 Foundations learning pathway.
